Meet Luther!!<br/><br/>This sweet boy found himself living in a colony in Baltimore. He was initially trapped for TNR, but that’s when we realized he had so much more potential than that and he was in fact, a friendly boy who loved being inside. He spends his days lounging in bed, playing with his cat friends (other fosters), and bird watching from the windows.<br/><br/>Luther loves attention from both his animal friends and human friends.
