Luna's Story

*COURTESY POST*

Meet Luna, a beautiful and delightfully chunky 6.5-year-old white cat with dark gray spots and a personality as big as her heart. 🌙🤍

Luna absolutely adores people and thrives on attention. Lap time? Yes, please. Treats? Obviously. A sunny window to lounge in while supervising the neighborhood? Non-negotiable. She’s playful, funny, and impressively smart—especially when interactive toys are involved. Her all-time favorite is a feather wand, and she would be over the moon to have daily play sessions with her human. Truly, Luna is a kitten trapped in a larger cat body, and she owns it.

Luna is being rehomed because she would do best as the only animal in the home. Her play style is enthusiastic and energetic, which can be a bit much for other pets. When she doesn’t have to share space or attention, she really shines and becomes the confident, affectionate queen she’s meant to be. For this reason, Luna would be happiest in a home without other animals or small children.

In the right environment, Luna will be an incredibly loving, engaging companion. She has so much personality and affection to give and is looking for a home where she can feel relaxed, confident, and completely adored—as she should be. 💫

Denver Kittens's Adoption Policy
1) Fill out an adoption application. Please note: we do not track special requests. If you have a specific breed you're looking for, please sign up for our enews (below) or follow us on social media to keep an eye on our cats/kittens as they come into rescue. Kittens must be adopted in pairs or to homes that already have another young cat. No exceptions. 2) If the cat/kitten you want to adopt is available, and we think you're a good match, we'll reach out to you to set up a meet and greet. This will typically happen within 24 hours. 3) The in-person meet and greet in the foster home is usually scheduled within 1-3 days. Setting up a meet-and-greet does not put a "hold" on a kitty. They are considered adoptable until the adoption fee is paid. 4) If it's a match, the adoption is finalized by signing an adoption contract and paying the adoption fee. All fosters need to be spayed/neutered before going home, so, especially for kittens, you may need to wait a few days or a few weeks, depending on where they're at in that process. Once the pet is ready to go home, please be prepared to pick it up within 24 hours. 5) Pickup will be scheduled. Kitty must be picked up within 24 hours of finalized adoption.
