She's even testing out life as a shoulder cat, gently climbing up to perch like a curious little parrot. When she's not playing, Luna is all about affection. She greets you with full-body enthusiasm, cuddles close, and gets very excited for wet food (she'll happily scream her order). We are open 12-5pm daily for you to come meet our wonderful adoptable animals. If you would like to submit an application prior to your visit please head to ahscares.org/adopt and click the Newark link to begin your application. Please note no application is approved prior to meeting the animal you are interested in adopting, so please come to the shelter & bring the family to meet a pet.
