Luna's Story

The sweet, round calico-tortie girl who always has something to say.... meet Luna! She is the very definition of survivor, having lost her previous family to domestic violence. Now, at age 6, Luna is looking for her new forever home, one that just wants to shower her with love and all the belly rubs.

Luna's favorite things are treats (and more treats!), belly rubs, naps, watching the birds outside, and playing with puff balls.

Luna's ideal home is low-key with no other pets. She has not spent much time around young kids. She would do well with kids who understand boundaries and when to give her space.

She is spayed, and soon to get updated on her vaccines (will be fully up-to-date at adoption). She has a clean bill of health and no underlying conditions.

Luna is SO ready to join your family!

Field's Feline Rescue's Adoption Policy
First, a potential adopter makes contact with us and expresses interest. Second, we informally ask them questions via message, email, or phone call to ensure that they are genuinely interested, able, and trustworthy. Third, we send them an adoption application. Fourth, once they have submitted the application, we invite them for a visit. We either conduct these visits on site or at the adopter’s home depending on the circumstances. Fifth, if the visit goes well, and we are all in agreement that this is the best fit for the cat/kitten, we ask the adopters to sign the adoption contract.
