Lumiere (bonded with LuLu)'s Story

I, along with my sister Lulu, were dumped in a kill shelter in North Carolina last summer and it was the worst! They were totally gonna kill us because they had no more room. That's when the kind folks at Fur Real NYC stepped in and saved us. Now we're in New York looking for a fresh start together.

I'm very extroverted and will try to get to know you as soon as I meet you. I'm not shy at all and I'm ready for adventure at any moment. I totally balance out my sister, as she can be kinda introverted and really shy at first, so we're really the perfect pair.

Even if you can't adopt us, maybe you would consider fostering us. The rescue people are really struggling. They don't have enough money to buy food, they don't have space, and they don't have time for more rescued kitties like us, but they still saved me and my sister from being killed at that shelter. So having a nice place to stay where we'll be well cared for while we wait for a home would also help out a lot right now. Because the rescue people won't be able to take really good care of us, even though they're trying their best.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Here's a bonus video of us right after we were set free from that awful shelter:
https://youtu.be/N65QM1NyNiM?si=iB_k_QkA45yHyzk_
