I'm Lumi, a gorgeous dilute calico with green eyes so pale they look blue on a round, chubby face. It's almost as if I stepped out of a Miyazaki movie and into your lap.<br/><br/>I was left behind when my family moved away. I was very confused about why, all of a sudden, I was outside in the snow instead of in my warm bed. Thankfully, I was brought in right before it got so cold out!<br/><br/>I'm a little bit shy, but once I come around, I love snuggles and pets. I'm a sweet, quiet companion that would like a sweet, quiet home, just like me! I love to lie around in sunspots and watch the birds and other interesting things out the window all day. I came to the rescue with two of my friends, Banjo and Kazooie, but we're not bonded, so I would be just as happy having you all to myself. If you have a little bit of patience with my initial shyness, you will be rewarded greatly!<br/><br/>I'm young, so I'm playful once I come out of my shell! I really love to play with wands and bat balls around. I get along with the other cats in the foster home and have adjusted well to all the animals I've met. I think I might like dogs, too! As long as they are friendly and relaxed, of course. I don't think I would like a high-energy dog. I may be brave, but I'm still small.<br/><br/>I am fixed, vaxxed, FelV/FIV negative, and ready to meet my new family! I have all my claws, and if you provide vertical and horizontal scratching posts, I will use them. I'm also very patient with getting my nails trimmed.
