She came to Desert Paws as an owner surrender after her family transitioned to living in an RV, a change that was overwhelming for her. Since then, Lulu has shown just how loving she is once she feels safe.<br/><br/>Lulu is very sweet and deeply affectionate, especially when it comes to cuddling and making biscuits. She does take time to warm up and can be shy at first, often choosing to hide until she feels secure. Even after a couple of weeks in foster care, she still needs a little encouragement to come out—but once she’s settled on the couch, she happily soaks up love and attention.<br/><br/>Despite her shyness, Lulu is an incredibly gentle cat. She allows handling even when she’s nervous and has never hissed, scratched, or shown aggression. She does wonderfully at the vet and calmly allows staff to care for her, which speaks volumes about her trusting nature beneath the shyness.<br/><br/>Her previous family shared that she did well with other animals, though she hasn’t been introduced to foster pets yet while bonding continues. A quiet home with a patient, understanding person who will give her the time and space she needs to blossom would be ideal for Lulu.
