Lulu's Story
Lulu was adopted from Cat Tales 7 years ago as a sweet little kitten. We were contacted via email from her owner wanting to surrender her as soon as possible, saying she was relocating and was not bringing Lulu with. No other information was given. Once back in Cat Tales possession, she went straight to the vet and received a clean bill of health and sent to a very loving and patient foster. She has only been in her new environment for a short time and she is trying to adjust. She is very cautious and does purr but seems to hiss when scared.
She has not shone any aggression, we just think the uprooting, which was not fault of her own, has caused her a lot of stress. Her foster mom os patient and gentle with her and watches her body language to make sure she is not stressing Lulu out. >>>She would do best in a quiet home with a very patient person or people that will give her space and time to find her way back to trusting<<< It is so hard to imagine what she has been through since we were not given any helpful information but we believe the right person is out there for her.
Her foster mom wanted to let everyone know the following: Something cute she does is while her head remains still, her eyes wander around watching everything she does. She also has started rubbing on her foster mom's leg as she is preparing her food while still hissing at me:) progress has been made and her foster mom is determined to keep working with her. Are you willing to take a chance at LOVING Lulu and giving her a furever home??

*****If this profile is active on Petfinder, the kitty is still available and has not already been approved for adoption. You do not need to message to ask us if the kitty is still available*****

If you are interested in adopting this kitty, please submit an application online at www.CatTalesInc.org and a Cat Tales Adoption Application Review Team member will contact you within 72 hours by email to begin processing your application and answer any questions you have.
