Luke's Story

Meet Luke! He is 2 to 3 years old, and weighs about 11-12 lbs. He is up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives, and is microchipped.

Luke is an affectionate and easy going boy. He is quietly confident and settled into his foster home almost immediately. While he is independent enough to entertain himself, he likes to be in the same room as you and will keep an eye on what you're up to. He loves head and belly rubs, cuddling on the bed, and scratcher toys that let him stretch out. Luke lives separately from the other cats for medical reasons, but is happy hanging out with the dogs when they come visit him.

Special Needs: Luke has feline leukemia virus (FeLV). He is currently healthy and doing well without any medication, but may need additional care as he gets older.

His perfect forever home would be as an only cat (dogs are ok), or living with another leukemia positive cat. Luke needs to be INDOOR ONLY so he does not expose outdoor cats.

Here is a breakdown of our adoption process:
1. Initial meeting
2. Home visit with the animal
3.
