Meet Luka: The Brave Little Explorer with a Heart of Gold! 🎀<br/>Luka (or "Little Girl" as her foster mom calls her) is the perfect package: beautiful, sweet, and incredibly brave. She has a curious spirit that keeps her busy exploring the highest peaks of her cat tree, but she always makes time to check in for some snuggles. She was born on April 20, 2025.<br/><br/>Why Luka is the Perfect Companion:<br/><br/>The Best of Both Worlds: Luka loves her "me-time" at the window watching birds, but she’s a constant visitor to her foster mom’s lap for curls and kisses.<br/><br/>Fearless Friendships: She is a social superstar! She currently lives happily with an enormous German Shepherd and several resident cats.<br/><br/>Playful Spirit: Whether it’s chasing toys or climbing high, Luka brings a gentle, happy energy to every room.<br/><br/>Luka’s Wishlist:<br/>Luka needs to be adopted with Ronaldo (aka Pudge). While she loves her big dog friend, she’d be just as happy in a dog-free home as long as she has her feline bestie!<br/><br/>To  adopt you must first complete an adoption application and meet the cat in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
