All potential adopters must fill out an application, have a vet selected prior to adoption, and provide contact info of vet. Also, provide contact info for landord if a renter, and sign an agreememt to not declaw any cat that is adopted. Vet is called and landlord (if renter) is called to verify potential adopter is a good fit for the pet.
