Lucy's Story

Lucy is ready to find a place to call home! She lived with two adults who described her as friendly and cuddly. While she was initially shy here, she has come around and now seeks attention from anyone who walks by. Could she be your new buddy?

She does have some eye color change in one of her eyes. This could be benign or neoplastic, however the only way to determine would be through biopsy. At this time, it does not seem to bother her, and our veterinarian believes she is still able to see with it, so we feel removal is not necessary at this time. If the eye begins to bother her, her adopter should consult with their veterinarian about removal at that time.

She wasn't a fan of the other cat in her previous home, so she'd probably like to be your one and only.

If you are interested in Lucy, please call (603)-472-3647 press 1 for adoptions!

Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire's Adoption Policy
All adoptions are done on an appointment only basis, for specific animals. No animals have multiple families visiting them at one time, this wouldn't be fair to them or for you. Because of this, we do not book out appointment more than 24-48 hours in advance. We are CLOSED for browsing at this time to keep the stress level of the animals in our care as low as possible. Thank you for your understanding! We DONT have online applications, we prefer to have a open line of communication with our potential adopters. Our process is more educational based. Our adoption counselors will be able to tell you if the animal you're interested in will be able to go home the same day. Visit rescueleague.org to view our adoptable pets and call 603-472-3647 to schedule an appointment!
