Lucy's Story

Gracie and Lucy are a stunning pair of one-year-old sisters who are looking for a forever home where they can stay together. These girls were found as strays, so while we don't know much about their past, we do know they have bright futures. They are incredibly sweet, social girls who genuinely enjoy the company of humans. Like most cats who have spent time on the streets, they can be a little cautious when faced with big changes, but it doesn't take long for their friendly personalities to shine through. This duo is remarkably easy-going. They've been total pros when meeting other cats in our care, and we think they'd do well in a home with a gentle, cat-savvy dog who understands the importance of personal space. Because they are gentle souls themselves, they would be a great fit for a family with kind children (aged 5 and up) who know how to interact softly with pets. Gracie and Lucy are the perfect "ready-made" family--they have each other for confidence, but they have plenty of room in their hearts to bond with you, too. If you're looking for double the love and a lifetime of sisterly antics, these two are waiting to meet you! Their pair adoption fee is $450.

*To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.*

Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats.
