Lucy's Story
You would never know that this happy, affectionate, chatty, adorable little lady had some terrible trauma in her past. Lucy was rescued from a Brooklyn deli with a horrible tail injury. She was loved and cared for by the deli staff, but the injury was too much for them to deal with. A rescuer took her to the vet where she received a tail amputation, antibiotics, and pain meds.

Lucy is now officially retired from working at the deli, and she's looking for a permanent home. She has some minor balance problems, which is common with cats who have tail tail trauma. Like all torties, she has her moods, but they are less frequent than a lot of cats we know, and mostly she's happy to be adored and massaged and fawned over. We think that she knows how lucky she is that she was able to get assistance for her injury, and she's looking forward to a loving home.

Lucy is FIV and FeLV negative, spayed, and up-to-date on shots. Email josh@imperfectfilms.com to apply!
