She raised her babies beautifully, and they were all adopted, but the shelter environment was overwhelming for her, and she shut down from fear. Now in a safe foster home, her true personality is starting to shine through. Lucy will thrive in a quiet, patient home where she’s given the time and understanding she needs to feel safe.
