Meet Lucky Charm —a sweet little black kitten who’s hoping her name will bring her the best kind of luck… finding a forever family!<br/><br/>A few fun things about Lucky Charm:<br/>A bit shy at first—but once she feels safe, her adventurous side shines through.<br/>Loves to chase ball toys—she’ll happily bat them around like a tiny soccer star.<br/>Big fan of tunnels—she’ll zoom in and out like a little explorer on a mission.<br/>Enjoys climbing cat trees—higher is always better for this curious cutie.<br/>Would love a family of her own—and another kitten friend to play with and share adventures. <br/><br/>Lucky Charm is the perfect mix of sweet and playful, with just enough sass to make you laugh. She may start off a little shy, but once she trusts you, you’ll get to see her sparkle. Sit on the floor, be patient, reach for pets and she is all in. Lucky Charm likes to approach you for pets. We find that when volunteers begin to pet one of the other kittens, Lucky Charm wants to join in and receive pets ,too. This works much better than trying togo to her directly to pet. She has a bit of a skittish side but the good thing is she wants affection and will seek it, rather than hide. <br/><br/>Once she has an adopter who understands this about her will see that Lucky Charm is truly one precious kitty. With a little luck and her adorable charm she’s ready to bring joy, love, and kitten fun into her new home. <br/><br/>Lucky Charm was rescued from an alley and was born approximately May 1, 2025. She has been spayed, had age appropriate vaccinations, and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $120.<br/><br/>Lucky Charm would do best having a confident, friendly cat friend either from here at the shelter or one already at home. Lucky Charm would not duo well as an only cat.<br/><br/>If you are interested in Lucky Charm or any of the cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, please go to sccatswm.org/adopt to fill out an application, or stop in during open hours on Fridays from 11-2 or Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4.<br/><br/>Please note - we can only adopt to those who live within a one hour drive of Grand Rapids.<br/><br/>Thank you!
