Lucille's Story
Meet Lucille 💚🐾

Lucille is a beautifully independent lady who truly enjoys life on her own terms. She loves the catio and porch and would much rather be soaking up the fresh air than hanging out inside—especially during the warmer months. You’ll usually find her lounging on a cat tower, curled up for a nap, or waiting patiently for wet food time (which she never misses!). When she knows it’s almost time, she’ll give the cutest little chirp to let you know she’s ready 😻

Lucille is shy and easily nervous. She hasn’t quite figured out pets yet and will hiss or run when she feels unsure—but she also follows quietly while you clean and looks at you like she wants love, even if she’s not brave enough to accept it just yet. She absolutely adores food and treats, loves the laser toy and tunnels, and her heart clearly wants connection… she just needs time.

Lucille would do best with someone incredibly patient who understands shy cats and is willing to work one-on-one, letting her move at her own pace. With consistency, kindness, and lots of snacks, Lucille may one day learn that love is safe. 💕

If you’re the kind of person who believes the quietest cats often have the biggest hearts, Lucille might be the perfect match for you. 🐈⬛
