Lucie's Story

Lucie is a beautiful black kitten with a sweet personality and endless curiosity. She and her siblings were surrendered as orphaned neonates and have been lovingly bottle-raised in foster care ever since. Lucie enjoys playing with her littermates, exploring every corner she can find, and settling in for cozy naps after a busy day. She is part of a litter with Thor, Scrummy, Loki, and Meredith and would love a home with one of her siblings or another friendly cat.<br/><br/>Lucie will be ready for adoption after September 17th, but we're accepting applications now, so don't wait to apply!<br/>We do require that all pets in applicants home are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccine series, and heartworm prevention.<br/><br/>Apply at www.pawsitivehope.org. Vaccinations/Veterinary Care: Not only do we ensure that all animals are current on their vaccinations and heartworm/worm/flea prevention as well as spayed/neutered when they leave our care, we require that any existing animals in their adopted home are kept up to date in all of these areas as well. To help the adoption process move more quickly: Please email veterinary records to adoptions@pawsitivehope.org and type the name of the animal you wish to adopt in the subject line. In addition, call your current veterinarian and let them know that we may contact them for a reference.
