Let's talk about Luciano! LUCKY Luciano was saved from euthanasia at a NY shelter when his owners surrendered him because they could not pay for his vet care.

Luciano found a new home with SOAR, because well...that's how we roll! The cats and dogs we bring in are not always easy, and they are usually broken, in need of medical help, and lots of love and patience to rebuild their spirits. That's why this is called a
R-E-S-C-U-E
