LuLu's Story

LuLu is a lovely 7-month old torbie kitten. She came into the shelter with her siblings after likely being born to a feral mom, and they were all battling illness when rescued. LuLu’s healthy now, but her tough start has made her wary of people. Her foster family has worked patiently with her, and while she isn’t comfortable with human affection yet, she absolutely enjoys the company of other cats—both playful kittens and calm adults.<br/>LuLu would do well in a home that already has a confident, friendly cat who could be her companion. She could also thrive in a safe indoor-workspace or warehouse-type setting where she has room to be independent, while still having a reliable food source and shelter. Because she has spent her entire life in foster care, she’s not really suited to a traditional outdoor barn-cat lifestyle. Lulu is spayed, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV negative. Rockwall Pets's Adoption Policy

Our adoption fees for dogs include basic vaccinations (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvo and parainfluenza), a heartworm test, de-wormer, spay or neuter, Capstar flea treatment, rabies vaccine (if dog is four months or older) and a microchip. The adoption fee for cats includes basic vaccinations (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calcivirus and feline distemper), de-wormer, feline leukemia and FiV test, spay or neuter, Capstar flea treatment, rabies vaccine (if cat is four months or older) and a microchip.
