His former owner, a retired military veteran who cares for both indoor and outdoor cats, agreed to let us find him a forever family. This brave boy wandered off and settled on a neighbor's front porch, politely asking to come inside, but the resident pets unanimously vetoed the idea. That's when we stepped in to help!<br/>When he arrived at the neighbors, Chesty had severe hair loss from mite and flea bite allergies due to his time outdoors, but he's fully recovered and looking fabulous.
