Lox's Story

Lox is a short-hair male, black and brown tabby born in 2019. He is sedate and appears to find constant snuggling a bit oppressive. He likes treats and head scratches, but we think he will make your work for his love. He is smart and confident and will respond well to positive training.
Although not a kitten any longer, he is curious and will circle the room to see what he finds interesting. He comes back to home base and settles in with a curious set of eyes watching you as you go about your routine.
Lox best feature is his brains. He has learned the world and has a good idea of how the world works. He may seem a bit shy, but our idea is that he is independent, alert, and determined.
Lox is currently residing at the Alpine Humane Society Thrift Store at 706 N 5th St. He can be seen there during their business hours; his adoption must be finalized at the Alpine Animal Services Shelter.
