Hi there! The name's Louie, I'm a 7 years young tabby. I came to the APF with my brother Moo... If you're looking to add a seasoned kitty to add to your family look no further, I'm your guy! I've lived with other cats, dogs, children, small animals and even reptiles. My curious and playful nature keep me busy here at the APF. I'm always ready for a game with a wand toy but make no mistake I do enjoy curling up on a nice cozy lap. I'd love to add some zest and laughs to your life! Stop by the APF Tuesday - Saturday 12-4:15pm to meet me!

Animal Protective Foundation's Adoption Policy

Our dedicated staff and volunteers will help you find the perfect match. Browse the animals online first, or just stop in during our shelter hours. Your first step to adopting a pet is to complete an adoption questionnaire available at the shelter. A FEW THINGS TO KNOW: You must be at least 18 years of age to adopt without a parent or guardian. Bring a form of identification with current address, such as a driver’s license. If renting property or living with a parent, you will be asked to provide proof that pets are allowed. We will contact the homeowner for verification. Once a staff member has reviewed your adopter questionnaire, you can spend some time with the animals. Pets are an important part of the family, so if at all possible, all family members should be part of the process.
