Lou Lou's Story

DOB: 12/30/21

Lou Lou (aka Looney Toons) is a very beautiful tuxedo who was previously adopted from another local shelter. She was trapped as a stray in the city in November 2025 and no owner came forward. When found, Lou Lou was missing some fur on her back legs and was a little skinny. It took some time for her to learn to trust humans again. Once she did, she became a very loving and chatty girl. Her favorite toy is the feather wand - she will flip and jump around to catch it. She also enjoys getting treats out of a puzzle feeder. One of her other 'favorite things' is to watch Cat TV on YouTube. After some life as a stray, Lou Lou does have some boundaries. She would prefer not to be disturbed while getting ready to sleep or while sleeping. She can also feel nervous at times, so her new family will need to be patient and take her cues for when she wants pets and attention. Lou Lou would do best in an adult-only home. She seems okay with the male cat in her foster home, as long as he doesn't startle her. An older, calm cat who minds their own business may be a good fit. Lou Lou really does not like dogs. If you have the right home for this adorable and quirky girl, who has just a little bit of baggage, apply to adopt her today!
This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.
