Lotty's Story

Lotty got her name because she won the lotto the day we found her. We were out dropping off traps when we spotted a tiny tabby on someone's front steps, and she was in rough shape. One of her eyes was clearly damaged, and she was fighting a severe upper respiratory infection. It was exactly the kind of moment where finding her in time made all the difference, and she hit the jackpot.

Today, Lotty is rocking a pirate look, and she wears it like a champion. Losing an eye has not slowed her down one bit. Her one remaining eye is gorgeous enough to make up for the missing one, and she uses it to take in every corner of the world around her. Lotty is small, but she is brave, confident, and curious about everything. She is friendly with everyone she meets, and she wins hearts with almost no effort. Her energy is boundless, so expect plenty of zoomies. In between the sprints, she settles down and turns on a purr like a jet engine, with seemingly limitless love to give. This sweet little pirate has already been through more than any kitten should, and she came out of it still full of trust and joy. Lotty deserves a safe, wonderful life indoors with a family who will celebrate her bravery, laugh at her zoomies, and treasure that jet engine purr.

All Stray to Spay cats & kittens are fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, dewormed, and triple-tested (FeLV, FIV, Heartworm). Adoption includes an application, vet/reference check & virtual home visit. All of our cats are fostered indoors in loving Omaha-area homes until they find their forever family!
