Lori took some time to adjust to being an indoor kitty. She may be a little shy at first, but once she knows you're safe, she will accept all the pets, scratches, and even a belly rub! She is very vocal and talks to her kittens and foster parents through meows and trills. Pepper's Pals Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy

We have an online adoption application. If an application is reviewed and approved, we invite the applicant to come to the rescue, meet the cat(s), chat and review the adoption contract. If all goes well, we arrange a second visit for the applicant to come sign the contract, pay the adoption fee and take the kitty home.
