London's Story
Pretty London is approaching an anniversary that no animal in rescue wants to have - one year at the rescue. She was found as a stray last April before coming to MLAR. She could be a bit sassy initially and definitely has let us know that she needs to be an only cat. In the past months, London has mellowed. She allows pets and will even climb on the lap on some of her favorite people. London loves watching birds and playing with wand toys. She has a lot of energy which is tough for a cat who spends over 20 hours a day in a cage. She needs an experienced adopter who is able to read her body language and give her space when she wants it. She would do best in a home without young children. We do think that once she settles in a home and is not in a cage, she will be a happier, friendly girl. She just needs the right person to take a chance on her.
