Lola's Story

**COURTESY POST**

MEET LOLA! This little lady is not in the care of Heavenly Paws. If you are interested in adopting her, please contact Taylor by text at (910) 650-7490 or email at Tinlizziepup@yahoo.com

Well this sassy gal is from across the pond. Parents were stationed in Italy fostered then adopted this sweet skiddish girl.

She was a stray who was surrendered probably too early from her momma. She was originally in a house with her sister when my parents decided to adopted 2 dogs. The dogs were terrorizing her so I opted to take them in.

The kicker. I have 2 other cats. Her sister is thriving and they have actually stopped getting along since the move.

Lola is fine with docile animals and after 9months is starting to warm up to the other cats.

So why does she need a new home? She is too scared to use a cat box and I dont live in an area where she can be indoor/outdoor. (Note she did previously use a cat box before her world was turned upside down again and again, they lived in Italy for 2 years with 0 issues and I have 4 cat boxes cleaned regularly)

I think this girl would THRIVE in a single cat home as she is the BIGGEST cuddle bug. She would also do great as a shed/barn cat as she LOVES to hunt. But I dont have the means to give her that life.

She is vocal about food time so dont worry she will make sure she NEVER misses meal time. And she will snuggle you all night if you let her.

Please visit our website www.heavenlypawsshelter.com to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available cats and kittens.

Welcome to the Heavenly Paws Animal Shelter's adoption process. The first step towards adopting one of our special babies is to fill out our simple one page application. We will be in touch within 24 hours after receiving your application. Each one of our cats are tested for leukemia and aids, receive their initial vaccines (distemper), vet check-up as needed, treatment for fleas, worms, parasites, ear mites, and their nails trimmed. If the cat/kitten is old enough they may have more done for them, such as, rabies vaccine and second distemper vaccine. If they are old enough prior to adoption they will be spayed or neutered. If not, you will be given a spay/neuter certificate for one of our local vets we work with. Our business office is located in Seven Valleys (York County, PA). Since we are a non-profit, any donations and adoption fees are a tax-write off for you. At in-tack all our cats spend time in one of our foster homes until they are ready for adoption.
