How this pet arrived:Lizzy was brought in by a community member on April 29, 2026.Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Lizzy! Lizzy is a sweet, bashful beauty ready to find her own happy ending! While she's been a bit fearful in care, she is a total star who just needs an adopter who understands her boundaries and body language. She's doing much better in a foster home and her affectionate, friendly side is beginning to blossom. Because Lizzy is a sensitive soul, she's looking for a calm, quieter home with residents 8 years or older and requires a secure carrier for all her VIP travels. Building a bond with Lizzy is all about those low-pressure vibes: hang out nearby, offer some delicious treats and engage in some delicate play to show her you're on her team! With plenty of high and low hiding spots to keep her feeling safe and some extended acclimation time, Lizzy will slowly but surely find her voice and become the spunky companion you've been dreaming of. At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for adoption!<br/>Shy/Fearful Cat: This pet requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them.
