Lizzy's Story
Meet Lizzy! Lizzy is an 8 year old, kitty who is in search of her forever home! Lizzy is a pretty chill, friendly girl who enjoys pets and just hanging out with her people. She also enjoys her toys and likes to spend time batting them around.<br/><br/>Unfortunately, Lizzy is front declawed, and declawing can cause a list of issues for some cats. One common problem is litter box avoidance. Lizzy was surrendered due to litter box issues in the home. However, she has not had any accidents since arriving here at the shelter. We have seen that Lizzy will use a litter box, it's just a matter of finding a litter that won't bother her feet. Her family will need to be patient and understanding while figuring out what will work for Lizzy and will make her most comfortable. <br/><br/>Lizzy prefers to be the queen of her own castle and would likely do best as the only cat in her new home.
