LIZ ORTECHO's Story
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email.

It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.

The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat!

LIZ ORTECHO (named after the series ROSWELL: NEW MEXICO) and her 4 siblings were living in really bad area of Lawndale, California. The independent rescuer was asked to help get the local strays fixed and save the kittens. We were more than happy to help! These poor little guys were so malnourished, sick and scared.

Meet LIZ ORTECHO, the ultimate cuddle bug!

LIZ ORTECHO is a charming, chunky DSH Tuxedo cat with a heart of gold. With her striking black and white markings, she's as beautiful as she is sweet. Saved from a tough start, she has blossomed in a loving foster home and is now ready to find her forever family.

Her personality:

The gentlest soul: Unlike her more mischievous and adventurous siblings, Liz is a quiet and easygoing cat. She prefers snuggling up for a cozy cuddle session over causing a ruckus.

A purr machine: LIZ ORTECHOs affection is undeniable. Once you pick her up, her "little motor" starts, and she'll purr with an intensity that will melt your heart. She loves being cuddled and petted and will happily show her appreciation with her loud and rhythmic purrs.

Good with her own kind: LIZ ORTECHO is a social creature who enjoys the company of other "good" cats. She loves to cuddle up with her feline friends, making her a perfect fit for a multi-cat household.

A hidden playful side: While she might not be the most adventurous, LIZ ORTECHO still loves to play. She'll enthusiastically chase after her favorite toys, showing a surprisingly energetic side once she's comfortable.

A little shy at first: LIZ ORTECHO can be a bit reserved when meeting new people. She takes a moment to assess the situation before letting her sweet and affectionate nature shine through.

Her ideal home:

LIZ ORTECHO is looking for a home with a patient and loving family who will give her the space to warm up at her own pace. Her ideal adopter will appreciate her gentle spirit and love of cuddles. With her sweet personality and love for other cats, she would thrive in a home with feline friends and plenty of cozy spots for snuggling.

If you're looking for a devoted cuddle companion who will fill your home with the sound of her happy purrs, look no further than LIZ ORTECHO. She's ready to bring her quiet charm and endless affection to her forever home.

LIZ ORTECHO is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / TUXEDO MIX. She is about 3 years 2 months old and is good with cats and non- reactive to dogs. She has never been around young children.

LIZ ORTECHO is currently at our rescue in Hemet, California.

ADOPTION PROCESS:

1.
