Liz's Story
Liz’s story is built on patience, resilience, and trust. For approximately two years, Liz survived as an outdoor street cat in Hot Springs, cared for and faithfully fed by a local cat heroine who never gave up on her. Liz has been spayed and vaccinated and she has her adorable little ear-tip — a tiny badge from her former outdoor life.

Since transitioning into foster care, Liz has revealed herself as a gentle companion with a calm spirit and a heart seeking love. She is an easygoing girl who greets her people at the door, quietly keeps company nearby, and happily settles in for snuggles and lap sitting. She is quiet, sweet and steady.

Her sister was adopted about a year ago and has become an incredible blessing to her adopter. Now it is Liz’s turn. She’s ready for the person who needs her as much as she needs them — someone who will appreciate her soft nature, her quiet loyalty, and the special kind of love that comes from a cat who chose trust after hardship.

Liz doesn’t need much - gentle love and affection, and a safe and cozy home. In return, she’ll give her whole heart.
