Her owner died and his wife threw his 3 cats outside to fend for themselves. Little Tippy was a tiny kitten but made it to a neighbor's yard who feeds. She had infected eyes when she arrived and her corneas are a bit clouded, but this does not affect her nor will it require any future treatment. <br/><br/>This little beauty has been fully vetted and microchipped and available to meet you!
