He came to us at CARA very afraid, hiding in his box for weeks. But slowly he came out to say hello. He is now in a free roaming room and enjoying the fun of it all. He is still hiding at times, especially if things are busy or strange, but if you win his trust or maybe catch him feeling lazy, he is easy to pet and love on. Please help Little Gray to find a home that will allow him some time to adjust so you will see the sweet boy that he is!. C.A.R.A (Citizens for Animal Rescue and Adoption)'s Adoption Policy
Please email citizensanimalrescue@gmail.com for an application or use our online link. Once an application is approved you will be contacted to set up an appointment to visit the animals. If you let us know what you have in mind (age, gender, personality), we'll have several ready to meet. We are open to the public Monday-Saturday 1-4PM and other times by appointment. Please call 217-655-4353 or 217-799-8858 with any questions. After you've met and decided on the pet for you, you will fill out the final paperwork and you will be able to take your pet home. All adopters must be able to meet and pick up their pet as we do not offer transportation, or handle all the details for a transport and be able to pay over the phone. All pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
