Linda's Story

Linda is a beautiful 4-year-old tabby with a big personality and a strong sense of self. When she's in the mood, she can be incredibly sweet-leaning in for pets and giving you those soft, contented blinks. But like many cats, Linda has her limits and appreciates it when people respect her space.

She can get overstimulated, especially during handling, so it's important to read her body language and let her set the pace. Once you understand her signals, you'll see what a rewarding and unique bond she has to offer.

Linda is looking for a cat-savvy home where she can be her independent self, with plenty of love, patience, and understanding.

If you respect her boundaries, Linda will reward you with trust, companionship, and the occasional head bump of approval. Come meet her at the Animal Protective League located at 1001 Taintor Road in Springfield. We are open every day from noon to 5 p.m.
