Rusty had a rough start in life, needing help from his foster to take his first breaths—but he never stopped fighting. Today, you’d never know he had a hard beginning. He’s spirited, playful, and full of spunk. Cautious as first, he takes the lead from his siblings. Once he feels comfortable, he won’t leave your lap! Loudoun Community Cat Coalition's Adoption Policy
Local adoptions only (Virginia, Maryland, DC) Local is the DC Metropolitan area/50 miles surrounding Leesburg, VA. Fill out the adoption application and our volunteer will call you. Once you are pre-approved, you will be ready to adopt a kitten as soon as they reach eight weeks old. We are unable to place a hold on kittens. We will notify you as soon as kittens become available. You will then be able to meet the kittens and adopt the one that you fall in love with! You must be 21 years of age or older to adopt. Adoption fee is $150 - includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations.
