Lily's Story

Zaria is one of our warrior mom Athena’s daughters and safely made it out after Athena fought off coyotes for Zaria and her sister. This sweet tabby girl has a gentle charm that sneaks up on you. She’s a little quieter and more independent than her sister, but don’t let that fool you — she’s silly, spunky, and a total pro at catching bugs (her secret superhero skill). Zaria absolutely loves her sister Zayla, and their bond is something special. While it is possible to adopt Zaria on her own, it would be great for the two to be adopted together. Zaria is spayed, vaccinated, and ready for her forever family.

Kim's Nurturing Nest Animal Sanctuary's Adoption Policy

We have adoption events at Pet food express monthly. People can meet the animals and if interested they can fill out an adoption form, pay an adoption fee and gather all supplies suitable to care for the animal. Also, if an inquiry comes in via email and those are evaluated. If suitable, they are invited to come meet the animal. If there seems like a good match an adoption form is filled out and adoption fee paid. Education is given on appropiate housing, food and mental stimulation required for that particular animal.
