Lilly - Barn Cat's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Lilly is a sweet, dark tortoiseshell looking for a loving, traffic-safe barn home.Lilly was completely terrified when she came to her Cat Shack foster home. She had lived indoors for quite a few years with a couple who had rescued numerous cats. Ultimately, as a result of divorce. Lilly had to find a new home.Lilly was said to be highly reclusive and a loner. She lived for a length of time in cage confinement in her previous home and hid out in the basement when she was free.Since coming to Cat Shack, Lilly has slowly blossomed! She now interacts comfortably with the other cats and can sometimes be found in a cat bed with one, two or more others! She has become less and less wary of her foster mom and now comes into the room and remains present when canned food is being served. She knows when treats are being served too and is anxious to get her share! Lilly hopes to be adopted to a loving barn home with one or more of her foster friends. A barn with a hayloft where she could retreat to feel safe and secure would be ideal. A location well removed from traffic is necessary.Adopting from The Cat Shack<br/>The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home.
