Lil Girl. And Pawla. You’ve seen their names and stories for well over a year. Both are super shy, anxious and looking for a patient person to give them a chance. 3 year old sisters separated when they were trapped, eventually found their way back to each other. Bonded? Not in the traditional way. But one takes the lead and the other follows. They take turns being boss. People? Not so much. But with patience, food and treats, they happily will come at mealtime and rub on your legs, get pets and even let you brush them. When food is not around, they would rather be left alone. We call them feeder friendly. They do not like new situations, new people, loud noises, barking, other cats, children, fast movements or anything out of their routine. Doubtful either will be a lap cat, but it’s possible one or both might become a next to you cat. They like to play at night, their toys are all over the place in the morning. They come cautiously running for breakfast and dinner, sometimes preferring pets to eating. Treats? They will eat them out of your hand after getting to know you. Do you live a quiet life? Want a couple of companions that aren’t under foot? Think of them as a project.
