Lil Bit's Story

Meet Lil Bit! She’s somewhere around 8 months old and is the kind of cat who makes you feel chosen the moment she settles into your lap like she’s always belonged there. Lil Bit is incredibly sweet, a true “lap cat”, and she’s VERY talkative — the kind of kitty who will follow you from room to room making sure you know exactly what she thinks, how she feels, and why you took too long to sit down and cuddle. If you’ve been longing for a little shadow who wants nothing more than to be close to you, Lil Bit is that girl.

Because she’s still young, she’s got that playful kitten spark — and sometimes she gets a little “spicy” with her paws when she plays (claws included). The good news is she’s learning, and with a patient person who can redirect her to toys and help her practice gentle play, she’s going to grow into the most wonderful, affectionate companion.

Lil Bit adjusted to the other cats in her foster home very quickly, and honestly, she’d love a playmate closer to her age because she always wants to play. She also did well with a small dog, but we can’t promise how she’ll feel about large dogs. We feel slow, respectful introductions would be important for Lil Bit.
