Liggett's Story

Meet Ligget, a stunning 5-month-old female who definitely has something to say! Ligget is the official "talker" of her litter, and she isn't shy about using her sweet voice to tell you all about her day. She is a very active, social girl who perfectly balances her high-energy play sessions with being a dedicated lap cat. Whether she's chasing a toy or seeking out human affection, Ligget wants to be right in the middle of whatever you're doing. Ligget is a true socialite who finds immense comfort in her companions. We strongly believe that kittens do best in pairs because a kitty buddy provides the constant interaction and "cat language" lessons that are vital for their growth. Having a friend to wrestle with and groom helps kittens burn off energy, prevents boredom, and ensures they have a playmate who speaks their language 24/7. Because she loves her siblings so much, Ligget would be happiest in a home with another friendly and active cat. We will only consider placing her as an only cat if someone is home most of the time, as kittens this age need frequent companionship to grow into well-adjusted adults. This chatty, affectionate girl is ready to find her forever family! To ensure she stays safe and happy, any children in the home should be at least 5 years old and know how to be gentle. Ligget could also likely live with a cat-friendly dog, provided they are introduced slowly and patiently. If you're looking for a bold, talkative, and snuggly companion, Ligget is ready to speak her way into your heart! Her adoption fee is $250.

*To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.*

Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats. Once you have a confirmed appointment, you can monitor the adoption appointment calendar and move your appointment to an earlier opening should one become available. We are not able to contact you to switch your appointment.

Stay up-to-date with all events and happenings at Caring for Cats!
