Licorice's Story

Licorice is 3 years old (5/25). He came into foster care with Mom and siblings at 3 weeks old. He is a snuggler, keeping us company during night-time TV, and is very treat motivated.<br/>He has been ready for his forever home for some time now; however, he hates kennels and cat carriers so it makes it difficult to get seen by potential adopters. He has stranger danger so will hide initially until he knows people. He loves high places and is a bit of a dare devil. <br/>"Lick" will do well in a home with home with a routine and with some high places for him to explore.

Our Adoption Process is as follows: 1. All potential adopters will be asked to complete a short adoption questionnaire to help us find the perfect match for you. 2. All potential adopters will have to provide a veterinarian reference as well as a personal reference. These references will be checked before an adoption is approved. 3. You will be called to come and meet our adoptable cats and kittens and to choose your new furry friend. You may visit as many available cats as you would like before making your choice. You may visit more then once if you feel it would help you make a good choice. 4. You fill out an adoption contract, pay the adoption fee and take home your furry friend.
