Libby's Story

Please contact Della @ (kittycityks@aol.com) for more information about this pet.
Our adoption center is open both Saturday & Sunday every weekend!
Saturday's noon-5pm
&
Sunday's noon-4pm.

Libby was abandoned when her owners moved. She showed up in a cat rescuer's yard and was so sweet and loving. She got along well with the four cats and one dog while there. Libby has the most beautiful, shiny, black coat. She's a big girl at over ten pounds. Although understandably scared at first, it didn't take long for her to warm up to her new foster mom. All it took was one pet and she was rubbing her head against her new person. She is now in a home with the foster's three adult cats. Libby's favorite toys are the balls she can bat around. Mostly she likes to be petted with her front leg wrapped around her foster's arm. Although she has not been around children under our care, we feel with a proper introduction she would do great.
This kitty should get along with kids, other cats, and cat-friendly dogs given proper introductions.
Libby was born approximately March 11, 2024, and her adoption fee is $105, or adopt two and the second is one-half price. She is spayed, up-to-date on shots and deworming, has a microchip, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus.

You can visit our adoptable cats and kittens during weekend business hours at our adoption center, address and times above. During the week, all our kitties live in licensed foster homes, and while most do come to the adoption center each weekend, not every kitty attends every weekend. For more information, or to confirm whether a particular cat or kitten will be present that weekend, please email kittycityks@aol.com. Kitty City Kansas Rescue is a volunteer, non-profit organization.
