Thankfully, a kind person reported her situation, and she is now safe and free in our care.<br/><br/>Despite her rough start, Libby has the sweetest spirit. She's gentle, affectionate, and so ready to leave her past behind for the comfort of a loving forever home. Libby would thrive with a family who will cherish her, give her the attention she deserves, and show her what it truly means to be loved.<br/><br/>After everything she's been through, Libby deserves a happily ever after--and she's ready to meet her match.
