Lexie started off with us as a very feral cat. Through a lot of work, time, and TLC, she is finally adapting to becoming a very nice house cat. She loves her wand toys, cat nip, and other friendly kitties. Being that she came from humble beginnings, she can still be a little shy at times and needs someone to give her the time and patience she needs. We would love to have someone carry our torch and help us to help her become the best she can be. She is well on her way.

The potential adopter reaches out to me with interest in a particular cat or kitten. They complete an application. Their vet is called to make sure they are responsible pet owners. Personal reference is also called. Application is reviewed to make sure that the person is responsible, financially, emotionally, and physically. The landlord is contacted if applicable. A meet and greet is scheduled if all checks out. A home visit with the potential adopter takes place to verify that the home is safe (virtual option may be available). Application fee is paid, contract is signed, and cat/kitten is delivered to his/her new home.
