Lex's Story

Hi, my name is Lex! I am a young male cat who was left on the side of the road on a frigid cold North Dakota winter night. A kind-hearted man picked me up and brought me to Sheyenne Valley Friends of Animals. I am told I would not have made it through the night. Due to the frigid cold, I lost the tips my ears and part of my tail. My fur also needed to be shaved because of all the matting. I look a little funny now, but I know my long orange coat will grow out beautifully.

My absolute favorite thing is being next to or on my foster mom's lap. My foster mom says I am the sweetest cat she has ever fostered! I am a curious fellow though. I love to explore closets and cupboards especially if I think there might be treats involved. Do you have room in your home for survivor who wants a second chance at a wonderful life?

My profile picture is a picture of me before my grooming. I have a buzz cut right now so I look a little different.

I am front paw declawed, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. I would be OK with calm dogs/cats and respectful children. Please call Sheyenne Valley Friends of Animals at 701-840-5047 or email jenni.svfa@gmail.com if you are looking for a very special companion.
