He has a strong purr and wants to be where the people are.<br/>He is incredibly playful and loves playing with his siblings (Howard and Penny) he would love to go home with one or both!<br/><br/>He has done well in foster care with children and other cats; he hasn't had much opportunity to meet canines. All introductions to new housemates should be slow and proper to set everyone up for success.
