Leonard

This is Leonard. He is a super sweet boy, just takes a little time to get to know you. He is currently in my studio, hiding behind the futon. He loves to have chin scratches and pets and enjoys being brushed. He has recently started coming out from behind the futon for his pats, but if I move, he goes back behind the futon...baby steps, we are getting there. I do know that he is out during the day, because he destroys the cardboard scrathing pads I have out for him, and the toys are moved aorund. He was my neighbors cat (he passed away) and was kept loose in his garage. It took me months to earn his trust so I could pick him up and put him in the carrier to bring him to my house...so we are just rebuilding that trust. He loves the attention he gets, so that is huge. He is a chunky love, and if you have a big heart and patience, he will make a great companion.
