Leon's Story

My name is Leon. I am a male grey and white kitten DOB 4/1/2025. I also have a brother should you be interested in a pair. Our mom was a stray and had us outside in a neighborhood with lots of dogs. We found a foster which has allowed mom to raise us in a home environment. I am talkative, adventurous, playful and big eater. Get along with other cats and dogs. If you are interested in adopting me, please email Merci. A short application will be required so we can setup a meet and greet. We are a home-based shelter so an appointment will be setup to meet Leon. Merci

Merci Pet Rescue's Adoption Policy

We ask folks who would like to meet or FaceTime with our kitties to fill out a simple form. Our goal is to learn if they have room mates, need parental approval, need landlord approval, etc and understand the financial responsibility of having a pet. We chat with the adopters so we can help them learn if the pet is a good fit for them. We occasionally travel from San Antonio to Austin and can do meet and greets there.
