Leo's Story

My name is Leo. My sister Bella and I were born outside as a feral kittens. We spent our first 3 months of life outdoors afraid of humans. It didn’t take me long to trust humans. My sister Bella is a little more nervous about new people. I help her feel safe and I hope we can be adopted together. I love dry food, have not yet found a wet food that I like. I love to play and I like other cats too. You will hear me purr right away when<br/>you start petting me. I am very friendly and social. I can’t wait to find my forever home.

Foothills Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

Adopting a pet at Foothills Animal Rescue is a simple process, and we have a dedicated staff of Adoption Counselors to help you through the procedure. How to adopt at FAR: Currently under Covid 19 protocols You can view our pets online and make an appointment to meet them. Get to know our pets. Enjoy our meet and greet room where you can spend individual time to play, pet or just sit with them. Converse with our adoption counselors about our pets, our adoption process and what to expect during the first few days. Some of our pets may need a family or dog introduction before able to adopt based on specific observations made at the sheer environment. Once you've decided to adopt, our pets are able to go home usually that same day. They are already neutered/spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Enjoy your lifetime of unconditional love.
